Suspect: Manna, female kitten, 10 weeks old. She leads a life of adventure but craves more. The first of her litter to escape the foster room, she can never get enough exploring and play time. She meows for an attention and purrs loudly whenever she’s touched. Wanted for kitty prison escape and violating noise ordinances.
