Do you remember our sweet little Stitch? He is now 4 months old and is thriving and HE’S READY to be adopted by a forever family! Poor thing kept getting thrown curve ball after curve ball. But he is our special amazing fighter and was able to show the universe that he’s the boss.
If you remember, he had a very badly infected eye that needed to be removed. He was so tiny and we raced against the clock to try to get him as big as we could before his surgery. The surgery went well but unfortunately he ended up getting another infection in that eye socket a week later. He went back in to have all the infected tissue removed and to have a drain placed. Shortly after he developed a very bad case of pneumonia. While trying to heal and battling pneumonia he developed fluid in his abdomen. Everything was against him. Him and his foster mommy were not about to give up. He spent weeks in the incubator with oxygen flowing full blast. Slowly but surely he was getting better. He kicked the butt of everything that tried to hold him back.
He is now one of the happiest and sweetest little guys. He is very social and loves his little kitty friends. So a home with other kitties or getting adopted along with another kitty is a must. He truly brightens every new day and seeks the adventure of the long and full life that he can now have.
